What we are witnessing is the  Fall of Society and the Breakdown of Civilitiy in whole countries.

What happens when Societal breakdown occurs from the top to the bottom? What happens when good people remain silent? What happens when the Church as a whole fails? What happens when the people are blinded by the “White Noise” from the media? What happens when the wolves crawl into a sleeping sheep pen?
All questions point to one thing, the breakdown of humanity.

I found this very interesting when I searched for Societal breakdown, it’s one Historians view on the collapse of the Roman Empire.  And it sounds alot like what we are witnessing today.  Along with what Emperor Augustus cited as family breakdown.

The story of its ruin is simple and obvious; and, instead of inquiring why the Roman empire was destroyed, we should rather be surprised that it had subsisted so long. The victorious legions, who, in distant wars, acquired the vices of strangers and mercenaries, first oppressed the freedom of the republic, and afterwards violated the majesty of the purple. The emperors, anxious for their personal safety and the public peace, were reduced to the base expedient of corrupting the discipline which rendered them alike formidable to their sovereign and to the enemy; the vigour of the military government was relaxed, and finally dissolved, by the partial institutions of Constantine; and the Roman world was overwhelmed by a deluge of Barbarians.

Now that we know what Societal breakdown is, let’s look at our failures and even complicitness in aiding the ethnic cleansing and Genocide of Christianity.

The church as a whole has failed miserably as has our Government. Concerned only with what can be gained personally, and shutting out all the cries of the suffering, and slaughter. The very core of humanity has fallen and it was aided and abetted by the silence of the Christian community.  When God’s watchmen are asleep or distracted, persecution becomes rampant.

Blame has been smeared all around, and thrown at everyone from the top down. The truth is that all are to blame. From the recent chemical attacks in Syria, to threats against us from ISIS, to the slaughter in Africa by Boko Haram,  to the terror attack recently in Europe.To the increase in Christian persecution in Pakistan and Iran.  We are all to blame.

Genocide was declared on Christians and what have we done? The silence is deafening. Where are the protests for the Christians suffering death and persecution? Where is the outrage for the Pakistani Christians facing death in Pakistan and discrimination, deportation, detention and even death in countries like Thailand? Where is the outrage and protests for the Christians and prisoners of conscience in Iran?

Pakistan has said that they are working with the FBI here to force facebook to report blasphemous posts to the government in Pakistan. Pakistan carries the death penalty for blasphemy. Iran carries the death penalty for Apostasy, and has given this penalty last week to a female scholar for reporting about other religions. But where are the women’s marches for her, where are the protests for these egregrious human rights abuses?

There is an ethnic cleansing going on, and an attempt to take out a whole society.  By promoting barbaric laws, and placing fear for different opinions, by promoting abortion, by taking out the Marriage act, by the multicultural views of the left, by promoting wars and invasions of takeovers as in Libya, and Syria, and Iraq, and it goes on and on.  There is a barbaric takeover of the free countries in the West, and no one will acknowledge it.  Even the church remains silent for fear of being labeled.

There are no outcries, no protests.   Only silence. Deafening silence. Why?? Why has the peoples eyes been blinded, why has the peoples hands been tied? Why do we even care that we are labeled with every phobia immaginable? Why indeed. Do you know that you can get more shares on social media for a dog, or other pet than you can on a post begging people to share about stories of those persecuted?

I and others have shouted until we are blue in the face, and nothing. No cries from the rights groups, no cries from the church. Nothing. Protests are being formed at the UN in New York to raise awareness and demand UN involvement in the persecution of Christians from Pakistan, we can make a difference. We can support them, with our voice. Why are we not writing and flooding the UN with letters? I am writing to the UN, in silent protest of the treatment given to Pakistani Christians, and the discrimination given by the UNHCR to Pakistani Christians in Thailand, by refusing to acknowledge that they are truly persecuted in Pakistan. Can you write a card or letter to the UN to voice this?

Here is what I’m writing:

I am writing to protest the treatment of Pakistani Christians in Thailand and Malaysia by the UNHCR. Hundreds of cases have been denied by the UNHCR in these countries citing that Christians are not persecuted in Pakistan, despite the facts. Pakistan gives the death penalty for Blasphemy, and turns their eyes to the dangers they face. Asia Bibi, a Christian woman is still awaiting the death penalty for Blasphemy in Pakistan. This can’t go on. I urge you to acknowledge and offer assylum to those refugees fleeing Pakistan. I urge you to insist that Pakistan uphold it’s own constitution and offer freedom for belief, and speech to it’s citizens. I urge you to insist this blasphemy law be repealed and stopped immediately and all prisoners held for this be released. Lives depend on this. We can’t remain silent any longer against these abuses.

The on line link may be the best way to contact them, I’m told by local officials that hand delivering to their office is better because of security reasons it takes weeks for letters to be given to them, due to the high risk. The on line link is easy to place the above comment, if you want to copy and paste, or make your own.  Emails also are faster.

I seriously can not believe the lackadaisical approach people take to requests for them to speak out.  I can scream until I am blue in the face, I can write until my fingers fall off, but without the caring of others who want to be the voice of the voiceless, it’s useless.  And for Christians it’s futile, but we will be held accountable for our action or inaction when it comes to our brothers and sisters. When it comes to the innocent, we will be held accountable.  We can’t hide under the bed and pretend it will go away.  We can’t hide our faces and pretend that it doesn’t concern us, we can’t hide our eyes and pretend that it won’t happen to us, we can’t turn the music up and not hear the cries from the darkness any longer.  The images of children, women, Christians, Yazidi’s and others haunt my mind during waking and sleeping hours every day.  Their cries are in my ears, and I hear them in the darkness.  Help to make a difference, speak for them, at least let the UN know that we are watching, and it’s unacceptable, after genocide was declared that they let these atrocities go unaddressed.  Even the Special Rappoteur at the UN has been screaming about the persecution of Christians and others in Pakistan.  Why aren’t we???

I’ve heard so many screams “Make America Great Again” but to say that it means also, to Make America’s light shine, make America’s presence of peace and freedom great again in the World.  Let’s make America Great Again, and show the UN and the world that America is God’s country and we Americans stand for Freedom!  We stand for speaking out against Human Rights abuses, not enabling them.  Let’s start here with the voices for the Pakistani Christian Brothers and Sisters.  Please, please speak.  At the very least share this and their stories on every social media account you have.  Wake up the world with our voices.  Enough is enough.
