We are the one who God has carved in the palm of His hand, and for those who truly love and serve Him our prayer would be written as we see when David wrote his prayer unto God as he asked God to keep him as the apple of His eye(Psalm 17:5-9). ⁵ Hold up my goings in thy paths, that my footsteps slip not.⁶ I have called upon thee, for thou wilt hear me, O God: incline thine ear unto me, and hear my speech.⁷ Shew thy marvellous lovingkindness, O thou that savest by thy right hand them which put their trust in thee from those that rise up against them.⁸ Keep me as the apple of the eye, hide me under the shadow of thy wings,⁹ From the wicked that oppress me, from my deadly enemies, who compass me about.

We are important to God and are formed as a vessel through which He works His will, as clay in the potter’s precious hands! It is by us He plants heaven on earth as we by His holy spirit speak His life saving words to many(Isaiah 51:15-16). ¹⁵ But I am the Lord thy God, that divided the sea, whose waves roared: The Lord of hosts is his name.¹⁶ And I have put my words in thy mouth, and I have covered thee in the shadow of mine hand, that I may plant the heavens, and lay the foundations of the earth, and say unto Zion, Thou art my people.
