At times we are amazed by the numbers of Christians that have unplugged from Gods Holy Spirit, and have plugged into the world. Spending precious moments on the worlds information highway instead of building on hearing, understanding and feeling the presence of God. The World Wide Web has woven a web of deceit and darkness around the lives of everyone. Effectively cutting off Gods divine word and guidance.
The anointing of the holy spirit teaches us all we need to know about our Lord,and it is this anointing which keeps us on the path to eternal life!(1 John 2:25-29). 25 And this is the promise that he hath promised us, even eternal life. 26 These things have I written unto you concerning them that seduce you.27 But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him. 28 And now, little children, abide in him; that, when he shall appear, we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before him at his coming. 29 If ye know that he is righteous, ye know that every one that doeth righteousness is born of him.
As christians we are taken out of the darkness and brought into the light of Christ(Ephesians 5:6-17). There are many ways to search for God today with different programs and websites, but when searching we must keep our bibles open or we may be taken by what sounds spiritual yet is not at all (1 Corinthians 2:9-16).
Its so easy today to spread discord, and false or erroneous doctrine. People want tangible power. Refusing to accept power from God through the Holy Spirit. Completely ignoring the Spirit they have turned to their own wisdom.
And thats not all, some have completely forgotten the reason Christ gave His life, so that we may have eternal life, and have taken to disecting Gods word searching for hidden meanings. This was not Christ’s great commission to us. We are to spread the GOSPEL, the good news.
Christ lives! And through Him we are given the promise of eternal life. We have forgetten our First Love. We have left the fear of God, for the promises of the world. The dark prince of this world is present and spinning darkness. More and more we sit in dis-belief as darkness and wickedness is called good. Look at the demonic vitriol coming from one event like the White House Correspondents dinner. Using language that would make even satan blush. And this is called good. And the mouthpiece of God is silenced. We here are not, but the church as a whole is failing. Failing to warn that if you die in your sin you are condemned to eternal punishment. So many have denounced hell as a myth. This one piece of heresy alone denies the reason for Christ’s sacrifice. Denies the entire Gospel of Christ!
We have lost our way.
Revelation 1:18
I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.
There is a reason Christ said “I am the Alpha and the Omega” and “I am the way the truth and life noone comes to the Father except by me” we are not to shy away from or hide this Gospel.
For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

Amen! You’ve both just given one of the main reasons for my daily plea to the Lord – that He find all the lost, awaken all the sleeping, and call to repentance all the backslidden. These are indeed dark times. One can physically feel the oppression crushing in upon us. Demonic activity is increasing and I’m reminded of what the Lord told Jeremiah. Jeremiah 11:14 Therefore pray not thou for this people, neither lift up a cry or prayer for them: for I will not hear them in the time that they cry unto me for their trouble. I pray we’re not there yet. God Bless you both!
