The Mysteries Of Christ’s Gift

As we do our Bible Study and go into prayer we ask the hard questions.  As Easter approaches we start to prepare ourselves and seek a closer word with the Holy Spirit and God.

All Christians know that Christ the Messiah died for our sins and He alone brings us to eternal life. We all were taught he was crucified on Good Friday and Rose again on Sunday. There is so much more to this mystery, so much more to His death and resurrection. Jesus himself told us He would be like Jonah 3 days and 3 nights He would be in the earth just as Jonah was in the belly of the whale. But we have overlooked the mystery of this. Our  eyes glaze over as we read all of mans writings and calculations about this timing.

When the pharisees and sadducees wanted Jesus to show them a sign He responded by telling them there would be no sign except the sign of the prophet Jonas (Jonah). What did He mean by this?We find the answer in the book of Matthew 12:38-41 as Jesus reveals how Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of the whale, and so must He be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth!  Jesus was fortelling of His conquering of death by rising from the grave.

Another lesson we learn here was how at the preaching of Jonah caused the people to repent, and so it is for us to learn that the preaching of the cross causes repentance.(Jonah 1:17,),(Jonah Chapter 2).

As we search for meaning, we find that Jesus celebrated passover with His disciples. How then could He be crucified on the day of Passover? Simple, a High Passover doesnt only occur on the Sabbath as some would have us believe. The Blue letter Bible explains this in simple language. Here is the link:

Now Jonathan Cahn dissects and lays out the mysteries of the Lamb of God, better than we’ve ever heard. Why are the seminaries teaching Ministers not presenting This? Or are they presenting it and in mans zeal to interpret clouding this Holy Mystery and Prophecy. This video caused us to sit up and take notice.   Please take the time to watch this, it will change your life.  Each Monday until Easter we will continue with our search for the truth through scripture.
