The Belittling of God

Our Bible study and discussion this week went all around the Bible. As we let the Holy Spirit guide us to His will. It started out with something that’s becoming popular in Christian circles and something Islam claims as the only truth. And thats the question that Jesus asked His disciples. And that was “Who do they say I am?” They answered Jesus with some say John the Baptist, Jeremiah, Elijah or one of the prophets. In that day many struggled with “who is this man, claiming to be God?” Yes you can see plainly from scripture that Jesus knew this and they attempted to stone him twice.

John 10:33

“We are not stoning you for any good work,” they replied, “but for blasphemy, because you, a mere man, claim to be God.”
This subtle belliting of Christ by calling Him a mere prophet has and will continue to lead many astray. Islam acknowledges the Virgin Birth but deny that Christ is Gods Son, they claim He is a mere Prophet and will back the islamic prophet killing all Christians who dont convert to their god. Or take the mark of the beast. They deny Christs death and resurrection saying that disciples replaced him with another. And when He returns He will tell the Christian world that we were lied to and mohammed told the truth.

The world has bowed to this, and while prayer, the Bible, creation and Jesus have been removed from our schools and public places the study of Islam has been praised in our school sysyem indoctrinating our children into Islam.

Christian persecution has risen exponentially around the globe and has begun in the West. Christians are prosecuted and made to sacrifice their beliefs for a mans law making Gods words hate speech.

Even the new google products have belittled God, like Siri, Alexa and the new AI gadgets for everything from directions to this:

“Siri is an intelligent personal assistant, part of Apple Inc.’s iOS, watchOS, macOS, and tvOS operating systems. The assistant uses voice queries and a natural language user interface to attempt to answer questions, make recommendations, and perform actions by delegating requests to a set of Internet services. “
And its lauded as accurate. Now when asking Siri who is Jesus, it replies “I cant help you with that.” But when asked about God it lists Allah, Budha, but not our God, not Christ.

Its the dumbing down of the world. They planned it well.

Christian athletes like Tim Tebow have been condemned while other athletes using the Christian icon of taking a knee in protest to our country are lauded in effect making taking a knee as if in prayer a mockery of God.

Other Christian cults also make mockeries of God and His Son, some even denying the deity of Christ. New age teachings that emerged from Charismatic movements also teach doctrines of demons. New age teaches that God is a loving God and there are many pathways to heaven, others teach that Jesus is actually an angel. And that even though they sprang up in the 18th century their prophets have the new and improved scripture or interpretations. Clearly ignoring Pauls warnings:

Galatians 1:8. But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.

Even Islam violates this yet we are forced to bow to them.

Many Christian cults are cherry picking which of Gods laws they abide by. Making the fifth commandment the most important. When the first commandment clearly states Gods jealous anger for not making Him the center of worship. I am the Lord thy God, have none others before me.

Exoxus 20

Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;
Jesus Christ said this when asked what was the most important commandment:

Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets. (Mathew 22)

So how in the world has scripture been so twisted allowing society to dumb down and bow to foreign gods?

If you continue to sleep through this period of great deception, falling away and tribulation because your waiting for the right sign, your decieved. If your sleeping and not polishing your mark from God, you will be unaware, and stand in danger of falling away. It is our silence that has brought us to the brink. What mark do you have?? The mark of Christ or the mark of this world?

Sleeping Christians have aided in the belittling and mocking of God. We will be held accountable.

The chapter of Jude explains it the best how there were at one time and even today those who will turn the grace of our Lord into lasciviousness,and deny the only Lord God and the Lord Jesus Christ!also teaching us what happens to a city or any people who turn from serving as they should.We see Sodom and Go-mor’-rha left to us as an example of them suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.They despised dominion and spoke evil of dignities (Jude 3-8).

It is by walking after the flesh and not by the spirit does man become hardened and belittle government and speak evil of those who are in authority.By not understanding the way of the Lord they utterly perish in their own corruption(2 Peter 2:6-14).

Jude 3-8

3 Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.

4 For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.

5 I will therefore put you in remembrance, though ye once knew this, how that the Lord, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed them that believed not.

6 And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.

7 Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.

8 Likewise also these filthy dreamers defile the flesh, despise dominion, and speak evil of dignities.
