We Are All Broken

As we talked about the state of the world and the hatred and vitriol we see in social media, we sought an answer.

As we watch the exposing of sins in America especially recently we find ourselves shaking our head in shock and revulsion. But we have only ourselves to blame. America has promoted laciviousness through our TV, through all social media and even in everyday life.

As we see so many broken souls God reminds us that we are ALL broken. All of us. But God picked up the pieces of our broken lives and sorted out the bad from the good and sent His Son to die for us. So that we might live and be called sons and daughters of God! Who would turn down an inheritance of being adopted as a Son or Daughter of the Great I Am?

We can try in our own strength to settle all that befalls us in this life,but until we repent and turn to the one who died for us our life will remain difficult. Only the keeper of our hearts understands those who are broken! (Isaiah 57:15),(Psalm 34:18,19).

What doesn’t kill us makes us stronger, and who wouldn’t want to avoid hardships and brokenness, Our sorrows and grief will never compare to all our Lord and saviour Jesus Christ bore on the cross. Knowing this we can turn to Him for all our needs(Isaiah 53).
Our sins have been nailed to the cross.

1 John 3

Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us…….God through His Son has called us out of our brokenness, out of this broken world:

2 Corinthians 6
14 Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?

15 And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel?

16 And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.

17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you.

18 And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.

Do you know what sets us apart? Do you know what makes us Sons and Daughters of God? Do you know what sets us apart from the unbelievers and the unclean thing? Its our faith in Christ Jesus. Through Him we become one with the Father. You see we recognized our soul is broken, we recognize we deserve death, yet Christ died for us and we washed our sins and filthy broken rags in His blood!! So it is right with our soul. Those who are proud, and unbelieving refuse to see their brokenness, they dont need or want a right spirit, as in their brokenness they find a humanistic belief that they are Lord of their own life, they are god. The greatest lie ever told to mankind by Satan. (Genesis 3:5)

And mankind is still believing and acting upon this.

If your like us, finding yourself lost in a sea of confusion, and darkness emanating from the world. Cling to Christ and our inheritance. “Come out of her my people!” Accept this free gift of inheritance of life eternal with our Savior. And know there is HOPE!
