With Proper Leadership–Where Do We Go From Here?

It’s over.  Today we make our voices heard.  Will it see peace and calm beginning in America and spread through the world?  Or will the chaos and destruction hit our Shores too like a fierce Tsunami?

Our responsibility does not end with casting our vote.  Christians here have been effectively silenced.  Many are finding their voice but many are also what they call “institutionalized.”  What?  Cambridge dictionary defines it like this:  If someone becomes institutionalized they gradually become less able to think & act independently, because of having lived for a long time under the rules of an institution.

Institutionalized.  They have become effectively silenced.

We can not, no matter who is President continue down this road as zombies or lemmings.  We must continue to speak out and hold our leaders accountable.  I just read a new report of  how Iran is silencing a reporter and rights activist for publishing a letter intended to hold the government accountable.  It’s not only Iran but others too.  This is happening across the globe.  Even obama wishes we would all go silently away.

Join those of us who are awake, take a stand and hold them accountable.  Elect officials on the local levels that will change and fight against corruption.  To use the liberals verbage, “From the bottom up.”

Enough is enough.  Decide this day whom you will serve?  You can not serve 2 masters.

Let the world see that we are set apart from them, let the world see our light and know that we are alive and awake.  Let the world know that we stand against injustice and those who commit human rights abuses.  Let the world know that our Lord’s sermon on the Mount is what we live by, it’s not too radical for us!  Even though obama mocked it.

God will not be mocked.  We will be mocked, ridiculed and persecuted but God will not.

A candidate said it best. “With proper leadership we can make America great again.”  Well we already have OUR PROPER LEADERSHIP.  JESUS CHRIST.

It’s time to throw off the comfortable and institutional cloak and as samson7able wrote Fill yourself with Christ.

May God bring His people together, may His remnant thrive and start a revival to endure the coming tribulation.  It’s time to armour up and tighten the ranks.  We will work while it is still day to fulfill our commission from Christ, and that is to preach His Gospel to the world.  Pray, encourage and speak for our brethren on the front lines of persecution.

Lord help us to take one day at a time and show us the way.

Help me to believe in what I could be and all that I am
Show me the stairway that I have to climb
Lord for my sake teach me to take one day at a time.  This song says it all.

One day at a time sweet Jesus that’s all I’m asking from you
Give me the strength to do everyday what I have to do
Yesterday’s gone sweet Jesus and tomorrow may never be mine
So for my sake teach me to take one day at a time.

  1. We will NEVER regret those temporal things we give up and leave behind to follow our LORD JESUS CHRIST.

Let us stand firm for our LORD+.

” We cannot refrain from speaking those things which we have both seen and heard.”
It is better to obey GOD rather than man.

We are NOT of this world, even as our LORD+ is NOT of this world, John 17

Rev. 22:20 'Surely I am coming quickly, Amen. Even so, come Lord Jesus!'
