We as Christians in America are facing a dangerous crossroads. One that does not have a clear vision ahead. A crossroads that could lead to utter destruction, not only for America but for God’s people.
Join us not in promoting a candidate, but in prayer for Christians here to strengthen their faith, to plant their feet firmly in Gods word. To raise our collective voices against injustice and oppression no matter who rules. Join us in asking for guidance, knowledge and wisdom. Father we know darkness is surrounding us, we know that time is short. We ask not for a king, for we know you are King of Kings and reign supreme. We know there is not a man or woman able to rule by your word alone in this day. We ask for your mercy, you guidance and knowledge. We long for the day in which your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. We ask that you deliver us from evil for thine is the kingdom, the power and the Glory forever. Father we pray for our leaders as Paul commanded so that we may have freedom to carry the cross. We ask that you heal our land, and help us to return to our first love. Father we rely on your understanding, forgive us our sins which are great, help us to grow close to you in the coming days and protect your people here and those suffering in foreign lands because of our silence. We cover this nation and the world in the blood of your blessed Son. And we ask these things in Jesus name. Amen.
We will be praying daily for all Americans in this darkness for God to send His Holy Spirit and cleanse the land. May God Bless America and all of us as we enter the crossroad.
2 Timothy 2:1-2
I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people—for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness.
