“ ANIMALS ”

God does not even leave out Animals to show his wisdom……

How many times have we seen a program where a dog has sensed danger and ran to seek help. I have always said that animals are guided by God and this has proven true on different occasions throughout my life.

This is something that really stands out to me and was confirmed on a show I watched yesterday. It has prompted me to write this post in case there are others wondering if animals are smart by nature or just trained.

When I worked on a medical unit there was a cat who walked the halls of the facility. It was brought to my attention when the staff would say one of the patients would be leaving soon. I asked what that meant and was told when you see the cat go into someone’s room and lay on the bed the person usually passes away within a few days. This intrigued me since I Love animals.

It was just a few months later and this cat who normally just went around the whole place not really staying for any length of time in a certain room went and laid on a patients bed. Sure enough 2 days later the person passed away. This was not the only time…it was every time. The program I watched yesterday showed a cat in a facility and they explained the same thing, then they interviewed a Doctor who was on staff and he was baffled as he grinned and said we physicians can’t even tell like this cat can…How does he know?!

Scripture tells us to ask the animals and they will tell us ………

“But ask now the beasts, and they shall teach thee; and the fowls of the air, and they shall tell thee: Or speak to the earth ,and it shall teach thee; and the fishes of the sea shall declare unto thee. Who knoweth not in all these that the hand of the Lord hath wrought this? In whose hand is the soul of every living thing, and the breath of all mankind”(Job 12:7-10).

Many think that God named all the animals, but it is written: Adam did. “And out of the ground the Lord God formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air; and brought them unto Adam to see what he would call them: and whatever Adam called every living creature, that was the name thereof”. (Genesis 2:19).

Children and adults alike when a beloved pet passes away we wonder if we’ll see them again. I truly believe we will for the guidance they showed while they were here with us and it is written of many animals that will be in God’s Holy Mountain (His Kingdom).

“The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; and a little child shall lead them. And the cow and the bear shall feed; their young ones shall lie down together: and the lion shall eat straw like an ox. And the sucking child shall play on the hole of the asp, and the weaned child shall put his hand on the cockatrice’s den. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain: for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea”.(Isaiah 11:6-9).

So the next time you see an animal doing something amazing, just know they truly are guided by the hand of God!

No one can forget the talking donkey.(Numbers 22:21-35).

    • ladyinwaiting2012…..We have comfort in knowing animals are a part of Gods plan to show us unconditional love. I recently lost my Siberian husky and it is good to know we will see our angels with fur again. God Bless You.

  4. Yes Julia! I have several of my animal friends that I believe I will see again in GOD’S Kingdom. Remember, “The LORD+ will withhold NO GOOD THING from them that walk uprightly”, in HIS+ Ways. HE+ will not withhold from us even our little friends of the animal kingdom!

The animal kingdom suffers and struggles down here on the earth. They have NOT sinned, but are the victims of man’s sin and rebellion and cruelty.

Many say that “animals have no soul”, but as you know, that is not what Scripture says! Yes, Man is different because The LORD GOD “breathed into man, and man became a living soul” and Eternal Spirit, and Mankind was given the care of the animal kingdom. When sin entered the Adamic race, the animals suffered and were separated from man.

Even a sparrow does not fall to the ground without The FATHER’S knowing it! Does The LORD GOD care about sparrows? YES HE+ DOES! For HE+ made ALL of the animal kingdom. HE+ cares about ALL of HIS+ Creation.

Thank you for this post. We need to think about these things, and to know the GREATNESS of The LORD GOD in these matters.

  5. Dear Trish…..Many of us feel our animals are part of the family, and after searching scripture we can see that animals truly are going to be in heaven. Loss of them is as the loss of a loved one. God Bless You.
