We are NOT of this world, even as our LORD+ is NOT of this world; WE are members of HIS+ Body and Eternally Living Blood.
We are in this world but we are NOT of this world. Our Homeland, our Citizenship is in Heaven. Our City is The New Jerusalem which our LORD+ has prepared for HIS+ Children.
We are NOT a part of this world’s organizations, its armies, its politics, its system of lies and twisted values.
We as followers of MESSIAH YESHUA serve and obey our Heavenly King and obey HIS+ statutes and ordinances. We are a SEPARATE KINGDOM, scattered out among every kindred, tongue, people and nation.
Many times this will cause a CLASH with whatever nation The LORD+ has placed us in. We obey every ordinance of man, for The LORD’s+ sake, unless and until such ordinances cause us to veer from our TRUE King’s commandments. Then there is a conflict, and normally persecution of some kind will follow.
Here is where we stand. NO COMPROMISE!
The ancient teaching of the TWO KINGDOMS has been largely done away with by the modern church system. The modern church has tied its form of Christianity to a state or nation.
Even in the west where there is not, officially, a state church, the evangelical church has become ” The State Church”, backing and supporting whatever the national government deems “right”, whether it contradicts The SON+ of GOD or not. Whether it contradicts The Apostles of The LAMB+ or not. It is, in ACTUALITY, the state church.
IT WAS NOT THIS WAY IN THE BEGINNING.
Do we need a ” ROME ” to threaten us and to target us for persecution before we can turn back and ” do the first works? “
We are called to Holiness and Righteousness and to live as a people who are actually following MESSIAH+. WE are NOT called to be “religionists” or “churchians”.
HERE IS A WARNING: A CALL TO SOBRIETY.
A Word to the Church
Untangle yourselves from the affairs of this life. There is nothing “holy” in the political arena. That is for those appointed: the basest of men. Neither My+ Spirit nor My+ unction is upon it.
You will find that “still, small Voice” of Mine+ when you seek for it in STILLNESS, for I+ will not compete with the busy-ness of your mind or body.
Listen. Hearken unto the Voice of My+ Call. Leave this world behind and Come… come to find ME+. I+ will not compete with this world for your attention. I+ will not compete with nation-worship — or any other idolatry — for your loyalty. I+ will not compete with SELF for your love.
Remove yourself from the constant rounds of interaction and “fellowship” which are nothing more than social activities … if I+ am not SERIOUSLY lifted up … and I+ do not mean a prayer before the snack.
Then, I+ will seek “your face “. Otherwise, you have not met the requirements needed to enter. You will be dis-qualified from the GOOD RACE. You will be weighed in the balances… and found wanting. Seek to ” Enter in at the STRAIT – GATE, for many I+ say unto you will seek to enter in, and WILL NOT BE ABLE. ”
We are a SEPARATE KINGDOM within all kingdoms of this world. Let us conduct ourselves as such.

Amen brother. I have tried to explain this to many who walk in God’s kingdom and are caught up in the affairs of this world but they simply cannot get a handle on it at all.

Amen brother! We are not of this world, but just passing through. When growing up, we sang this song, frequently. We were taught to separate from the world. Today they teach to join the world while bringing the world into the church. It’s sad to witness, as more and more fall away. One of my favorite scriptures was when Jesus prayed for His disciples and all believers before he was arrested. John 17: 14-16 “I have given them Your word; and the world has hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. 15″I do not ask You to take them out of the world, but to keep them from the evil one. 16″They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.… He prayed for us to be brought in as one with Him and the Father. We lose sight of this finish line. May God protect us, guide us, and bring us closer to Him. Thank you for this.

The whole time in reading this post all I could think of was how we as soldiers of Christ do not get involved in the worlds affairs for we are not of it. Daniel knew how important it was to not bow to another god like nebuchadnezzars and prayed to God of heaven and earth . We are as you wrote follow rules here unless it conflicts with the truth in our hearts from above. God Bless your writings that are so needed. 2 Timothy 2:3,4……..
