” The Fruitful Field “

thARI90IYAx

We are known as many things to the Lord like His sheep, watchmen, and even trees. Our Lord also is known as many things such as The Bread of Life, Our Shepherd, and The Tree of Life which one day may we be blessed to partake of that Tree of Life for all eternity! (Revelation 2:7)  He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God…….. (Revelation 22:14).

It is written we are known by the words we speak as what is in our hearts is what we say. As a good Christian the words we speak are those of scripture and known as the fruit of our lips, we are in the eyes of God a tree which brings forth good fruit and not of a corrupt seed. (Matthew 12:33-37).  Either make the tree good, and his fruit good; or else make the tree corrupt, and his fruit corrupt: for the tree is known by his fruit. O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh. A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things. But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment. For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.

One day when God pours out His Spirit over the land His people will be a fruitful field for judgment will then dwell in the wilderness, and His people will be in a peaceable habitation. (Isaiah 32:15-20)  Until the spirit be poured upon us from on high, and the wilderness be a fruitful field, and the fruitful field be counted for a forest. Then judgment shall dwell in the wilderness, and righteousness remain in the fruitful field. And the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance for ever. And my people shall dwell in a peaceable habitation, and in sure dwellings, and in quiet resting places; When it shall hail, coming down on the forest; and the city shall be low in a low place. Blessed are ye that sow beside all waters, that send forth thither the feet of the ox and the ass….. (Joel 2:28-32).
