Symbology is very important. It’s importance to different cultures varies. We in the West have a few symbols but this is mostly lost to Westerners. They think symbols are the symbol for peace made popular in the 60’s etc. But the importance of symbology is lost on most cultures in the West. Let’s take a trip into History to see the importance of this latest symbol and message to the West. I will not show their images of executions as it only feeds their lunacy. The Daesh have carried out yet another atrocious slaughter of men in Palmyra Syria, using Children to show the world how evil and demonic they are. Let’s look at the symbolism they portray.
Merriam Websters dictionary defines symbols: something that stands for or suggests something else by reason of relationship, association, convention, or accidental resemblance; especially : a visible sign of something invisible <the lion is a symbol of courage>
The Jihadists or Daesh whatever you prefer have steeped their murderous rampages with videos that are layered with symbology. In at least one they have said this is a message to (Christians) the “people of the Cross.” Their crucifixions, and beheadings send blatant in your face messages without the choosing of backgrounds. For instance in the video of the murder of the Coptic Christians in Libya, they chose the shore line and stated that the water runs red with their blood. This is out of the Bible. Just as the setting fire to the Jordanian pilot sent a message to Jordan, this latest slaughter of soldiers in the Syrian Army sends a message to the West, not just the West but Christians most specific. They have executed more than 25 men execution style using child soldiers to carry it out. And the backdrop for this is the Roman Amphitheater in Palmyra Syria.
I”m not going into the complete history of this city. But it’s very interesting to know that this city was mentioned in the Bible. It is said to have been at the site of the ‘Temple of Bel.’

Facts about Palmyra:
- Palmyra entered the historical record around 2000 BC, when Puzur-Ishtar the Tadmorean agreed to a contract at an Assyrian trading colony in Kultepe.
- It was mentioned next in the Mari tablets as a stop for trade caravans and nomadic tribes, such as the Suteans.
- King Shamshi-Adad I of Assyria passed the area on his way to the Mediterranean at the beginning of the 18th century BC; by then, Palmyra was the easternmost point of the kingdom of Qatna.
- The town was mentioned in a 13th-century BC tablet discovered at Emar, which recorded the names of two “Tadmorean” witnesses.
- At the beginning of the 11th century BC, King Tiglath-Pileser I of Assyria recorded his defeat of the “Arameans” of “Tadmar”.
- The Hebrew Bible (Second Book of Chronicles 8:4) records “Tadmor” as a desert city built (or fortified) by King Solomon of Israel,[28] and it is mentioned in the Talmud(Yebamot 17a-b).
- Flavius Josephus mentions the Greek name “Palmyra”, attributing the founding of “Tadmor” to Solomon in Book VIII of his Antiquities of the Jews.
- Later Islamic traditions attribute the city’s founding to Solomon’s Jinn
It has a rich history, but this is what is most interesting about the Roman Amphitheater in Palmyra. After Rome conquered and controlled it “during Tiberius’ early reign, around 14 AD. The Roman imperial period brought great prosperity to the city, which enjoyed a privileged status under the empire—retaining much of its internal autonomy, and incorporating many Greek city-state (polis) institutions into its government. Palmyrene republic was ruled by a council, and the Romans defined Palmyra’s boundaries; a boundary marker laid by Roman governorSilanus was found 75 kilometres (47 mi) northwest of the city at Khirbet el-Bilaas. A marker at the city’s southwestern border was found at Qasr al-Hayr al-Gharbi, and its eastern border extended to the Euphrates valley. “
The Severan Roman Dynasty (Lucius Septimius Severus 193-211 A.D. ) persecuted Christians, and Jews. The only two groups who would not convert their beliefs.
What fitting symbolism to send a message to the West. To overtake a city that has ancient roots from King Solomon, and the Roman Empire. It’s history, it’s prophecy, and it’s what they believe.

They believe the Western nations are an extension of the Ancient Roman Empire. And I suppose not without good reason:
- The ideal of the Roman Empire as a mighty Christian Empire with a single ruler continued to seduce many powerful rulers. Under the principle of translatio imperii, the Holy Roman Empire explicitly proclaimed itself as the continuation of the Western Roman Empire.
- The title of the Western Roman Emperor was revived when Charlemagne, King of the Franks and Lombards, was crowned as Emperor of the Romans of the West by Pope Leo III in 800.
- The status of the Holy Roman Emperor as the rightful Western Roman Emperor in the medieval era was further legitimated by the recognition as “co-emperor” from the Eastern Roman Emperor, who was in direct succession to the ancient Roman Emperors.
- The Holy Roman Empire continued to regard itself as the successor state of the Western Roman Empire until its downfall in 1806.
- The French King Louis XIV, as well as French Emperor Napoleon I, among others, also tried to resurrect the Empire, albeit unsuccessfully.
- A very visible legacy of the Western Roman Empire is the Roman Catholic Church. The Church slowly began to replace Roman institutions in the West, even helping to negotiate the safety of Rome during the late 5th century.
- In many cases the only source of law and civil administration was the local bishop, often himself a former governor like St. Ambrose of Milan and St. Germanus of Auxerre.
- As Rome was invaded by Germanic tribes, many assimilated, and by the middle of the medieval period (c.9th and 10th centuries) the central, western, and northern parts of Europe had been largely converted by the Roman Catholicism and acknowledged the Pope as the Vicar of Christ.
The rest is as they say History. Still today these cultures still believe that the West is the Roman Empire. As they try to resurrect Babylon, you can begin to see prophecy unfold. You have to understand History or the beginning to know what is happening now. Research it, and get familiar with it, for none of this is happening without reason and thought on their part. All is prophesied. For God said: “Remember the former things long past, For I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is no one like Me,Declaring the end from the beginning, And from ancient times things which have not been done, Saying, ‘My purpose will be established, And I will accomplish all My good pleasure’; Calling a bird of prey from the east, The man of My purpose from a far country. Truly I have spoken; truly I will bring it to pass. I have planned it, surely I will do it.…” (Isaiah 46:9-11)
Nothing is new under the sun. All things are wearisome; Man is not able to tell it. The eye is not satisfied with seeing, Nor is the ear filled with hearing. That which has been is that which will be, And that which has been done is that which will be done. So there is nothing new under the sun. Is there anything of which one might say, “See this, it is new “? Already it has existed for ages Which were before us. (Ecclesiasted 1:8-10)
At the very least Ancient god’s are being unleashed and these messages and symbols should cause Christians and even Jews everywhere to search the word of God, and realize what time we are living in.
We consistently find scriptures not only for the headlines of the Daesh but we can almost trace their footsteps through the Bible and prophecy. Look up for our redemption draws near.

A very interesting and thorough report!. What a lot of research you have done!
It is interesting to note that land that came to be called “America/Ameracu sprang out of the westernmost province of the Roman Empire, Great Britain. When Constantine was called to Rome, he rode from there.
Later, the first settlers to the New World would travel from Great Britain, from Plymouth, in Devon county, to the shores of the “New World”,, which was called America, around 1507. In 1620 these brave persons set their feet on the soil of the “New World.”
Later, when a strong political movement began in the “colonies” a revolution began, not by the original settlers to America, but by the political figures who were “deists” in belief and thought, and men of the “new enlightenment”.
Some can show, at least the possibility, that this new land called America/Ameraku could be the “little horn beast”, which in spite of being little and young, plucked up THREE OTHER HORNS, ie; Britain, France, and Spain, as the newly formed power moved from East to West.
These were plucked up” by the roots”, as Scripture states, NOT destroyed, and all three are still with us today! They were simply “plucked up” and sent back to their own soil. ( see DANIEL 7:8 )
America then rapidly became the strongest Gentile power on earth, that is until just recently. If this scenario holds true, and since America originally sprang out of the Westernmost province of the Roman Empire, it would certainly be a candidate for end times Babylon.
I know this does not fit the accepted theological interpretation of these Scriptures, but look at what is happening. The PTB are playing both ends against the middle and think that no-one can see. How wrong they are!
The “Little Horn Beast” with a mouth speaking “great things” and blasphemy, could be much closer than we have been taught.

Yes, Hayden I agree. The more that is revealed in these days certainly points to America’s involvement. I looked hard at this at one time, the powers that be are very busy creating the perfect environment. I also consider Daniel’s vision of a lion with wings. Daniel 7: “And four great beasts were coming up from the sea, different from one another. 4″The first was like a lion and had the wings of an eagle. I kept looking until its wings were plucked, and it was lifted up from the ground and made to stand on two feet like a man; a human mind also was given to it. Irvine Baxter does an indepth study on this and has some compelling evidence that this points to Great Britain and America. Great Britain’s symbol is a lion. And of course America’s symbol is an Eagle. And we should pay attention to King Charlamagne also. There are many more symbols in prophecy we should pay attention to. I also wondered about the beast in Revelation 13 And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon. This certainly fits too given the fact that things are unfolding to show our involvement in aiding this so called ‘Arab Spring’. And I have seen in recent days the symbology from the little horn that you speak of also in Revelation 13 that ties in with Daniel’s vision : And the beast which I saw was like a leopard, and his feet were like those of a bear, and his mouth like the mouth of a lion. And the dragon gave him his power and his throne and great authority. 3I saw one of his heads as if it had been slain, and his fatal wound was healed. And the whole earth was amazed and followed after the beast; 4they worshiped the dragon because he gave his authority to the beast; and they worshiped the beast, saying, “Who is like the beast, and who is able to wage war with him?”… I am of the mindset that the fatal head wound is the first conquering of Islam. Many have come to that conclusion with the events unfolding of recent years. This beast is on the rise and prophecy is being fulfilled before our very eyes. Daniel 7:”After this I kept looking in the night visions, and behold, a fourth beast, dreadful and terrifying and extremely strong; and it had large iron teeth. It devoured and crushed and trampled down the remainder with its feet; and it was different from all the beasts that were before it, and it had ten horns. 8″While I was contemplating the horns, behold, another horn, a little one, came up among them, and three of the first horns were pulled out by the roots before it; and behold, this horn possessed eyes like the eyes of a man and a mouth uttering great boasts. Daniel’s vision of the goat and the ram are also things to consider. Most thought that vision was only about Alexander the Great, but as we have discovered recently it certainly appears to apply today. It’s time to get into the word of God, and know what we are coming up against. Thank you Hayden for your insights.

Sister CJ, I was given a vision a while back.
In the vision an OBELISK burst VIOLENTLY from the ground. It kept rising to a Great Height.
At the top of the obelisk, where the pyramid shape sits, a HUMAN MOUTH FORMED. It began to speak and was screaming LOUDLY very BLASPHEMOUS and OBSCENE things. It was screaming like the old films of Adolf Hitler, when he was speaking to the adoring crowds. The vision was over.
I have noticed a similarity between two centers of POWER on the earth, The Washington monument, an OBELISK, and in a straight line with it, the CAPITOLEUM, the Capital building.
I notice the same symbology in another center of POWER, that of Vatican city. It also has an OBELISK and a rounded Dome shaped structure in a straight line. Is there a connection between these two centers of POWER. One is SECULAR, one is RELIGIOUS.
I see in Scripture TWO BEASTS. the Anti-Christ and the False Prophet. We may be seeing this take shape right before our eyes. Observe carefully what is coming out of BOTH PLACES at present!
Our LORD+ has warned us to watch and pray and to let no man deceive us. Let us give ourselves to watchful prayer.

Thanks Hayden. And thanks for sharing your vision. Yes I have looked at this symbolism of the obelisk, in a perfect line with our Capitol. And also the Vatican. I was slow to form an opinion of this but recent events are too prophetic to ignore it or dismiss it. You are spot on. And yes we will watch this closely and stand together. May God hold you and yours in His hand until his return.
