” Look East “

Matthew 24:27 For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

How beautiful it is to watch a sunrise out of the east, and yet the time will come that all Christians await the return of their Saviour who will return from the east! (Zechariah 14:4). And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west, and there shall be a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the south.

The chaos of the world will continue till the return of Christ and there will be no true peace until He does. Although many will be busy as in the days of Noah they were eating and drinking, till the flood came and took them all away, for so will the return of Christ be. (Matthew 24:37-39). It is written that all eyes will see His return even those who pierced Him and many will wail because of living away from His righteous way. (Revelation 1:7-8). Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.

Jesus is the light of the world (John 1:1-7), He is of the day and morning for there is no darkness in Him. It is His light which searches the hearts of men, and His Spirit is as a candle which searches all that is within. (Proverbs 20:27)….. (2 Peter 1:19)….. (Revelation 22:16).

The Lord is the first and the last. He has made us kings and priests unto God and His Father. (Revelation 1:5-6). He is the righteous man from the east and one day all who have gone before us and all who remain till the day He returns will the children (seed) of Abraham His friend see His grand entrance to claim once again His blood bought church! (Isaiah 41:1-4,8-10). Keep silence before me, O islands; and let the people renew their strength: let them come near; then let them speak: let us come near together to judgment. Who raised up the righteous man from the east, called him to his foot, gave the nations before him, and made him rule over kings? he gave them as the dust to his sword, and as driven stubble to his bow. He pursued them, and passed safely; even by the way that he had not gone with his feet. Who hath wrought and done it, calling the generations from the beginning? I the Lord, the first, and with the last; I am he. But thou, Israel, art my servant, Jacob whom I have chosen, the seed of Abraham my friend. Thou whom I have taken from the ends of the earth, and called thee from the chief men thereof, and said unto thee, Thou art my servant; I have chosen thee, and not cast thee away. Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.
