GRACE is favor shown to us by God and just as Jesus was tempted as we are yet was without sin so does HE understand our infirmities and gives us the ability to go boldly to the throne of GRACE to find help in times of trouble. (Hebrews 4:15-16). For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.
It is by GRACE that after we suffer awhile are we strengthened and established by God, and not us only but also our brethren in the world. It is written satan is as a roaring lion seeking to devour whosoever he can, but we have the power of Christ on our side and by our faith in HIM are we not overtaken! (1 Peter 5:8-11). Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world. But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you. To him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.
Many are the blessings that come to those who trust solely in God, and by GRACE will no good thing be kept from such a person. (Psalm 84:11-12). For the Lord God is a sun and shield: the Lord will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly. O Lord of hosts, blessed is the man that trusteth in thee.
GRACE does not allow one to sin, but just the opposite as we are not under the law and are now servants of obedience of righteousness. (Romans 6:13-18). Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God. For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace. What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid. Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness? But God be thanked, that ye were the servants of sin, but ye have obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine which was delivered you. Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness.
