In The Gospel of John, JESUS tells the Apostles to “WAIT in Jerusalem until you are endued with, clothed with, POWER from on HIGH.”

JESUS Baptizes HIS+ Disciples

with The HOLY SPIRIT and with FIRE.

Matthew 3:11, Luke 3:16

Apart from this POWER, they could do NOTHING. ”

“Not by might or by power, but BY MY SPIRIT says  The LORD of HOSTS-YHWH of Divine Heavenly Armies”.

Zechariah 4:6

After The HOLY SPIRIT came down upon them, they could do all things their LORD+ had taught them and appointed for them to accomplish.

Our LORD+ knew that the Apostles, both the twelve and the seventy also and all the rest of the disciples, would meet extreme resistance and hatred because of the Good News, The Gospel of Life, that HE+ was sending them forth to proclaim.

All the forces of the lying adversary would be coming against them and seeking to stop the TRUTH+ from going forth.

Flesh and blood cannot combat the spiritual warfare and deflect and put down the attacks that will be hurled against ANYONE who proclaims the SON+ of GOD and HIS+ coming KINGDOM.

However, when the Strength and Fire of the HOLY SPIRIT comes upon a disciple of CHRIST, that one is then Equipped and Empowered to do battle and to win!

That one is able to overcome the lying adversary and his minions and be able to quench every “fiery javelin”( Literal GK.) that is hurled at a Disciple.

It is written; “Not by might or by power, but by MY SPIRIT says the LORD of HOSTS, YHWH of Armies.

HOLY SPIRIT and FIRE OVERCOME

Recently, four young men, around 14 years of age were captured by the servants of satan, (isis), and were told to renounce the SON+ of GOD, JESUS CHRIST, and say words that would proclaim their allegiance to allah, satan, whom these murderous men serve.

The young men told them,

“NO, we Love JESUS/YESHUA. WE have always Loved HIM+,

HE+ is always with us”.

These young men were beheaded by these satanic butchers. That kind of brave confession and courage

did not come from flesh and blood,

but from the HOLY SPIRIT.

All we have as human beings is our little life. These young men gave theirs for JESUS Whom they Loved.

Flesh and blood cannot stand in the days that are ahead.

It must be in the Strength and Power of the HOLY SPIRIT that we OVERCOME.

The father of lies will throw everything at us that he can to cause us to deny CHRIST and to drag us into the Lake of Fire along with himself, if he can.

We must remember WHO WE ARE and WHOM+ we serve. We have died and our lives are HIDDEN with CHRIST in GOD. (Col. 3:3)

We are crucified with CHRIST. WE are baptized into HIS+ Death. ( Romans 6:3 ) .

Nevertheless we live, yet not we, but CHRIST in us.

Let us lay hold on Eternal Life,

to which we have been called.

(1 Timothy 6:12-19)

The battles of the days ahead will be fought and won ONLY by the Power of the HOLY SPIRIT and FIRE.

Draw near to the LORD+ in every way that you can.

HE+ promises that HE+ will draw near unto you.

Know HIS+ Voice and move accordingly to it.

Worldly position, education, money and financial “security” will be WORTHLESS in the days ahead.

Only one’s position and nearness to CHRIST will avail anything.

All idols of the world are coming down. The broom of destruction is going to sweep them down,

(Isaiah 14:23)

It is, NOT BY MIGHT OR BY POWER, BUT BY MY SPIRIT SAYS THE LORD OF HOSTS, YHWH OF ARMIES

Only the SPIRIT of GOD will prevail.

In older times the following words were spoken prior to one’s Baptism.

Perhaps a few Christians still follow this practice.

 At Baptism, a person Dies with CHRIST and is Raised with HIM+,  Clean and empowered to walk in a new Life, following the SON+ of GOD in the Straight and Narrow way that HE+ marked out for us with HIS+ Own Blessed Feet.

Here are the words:

“ I renounce satan and all of his works and his pomps, and his worships, and his angels and his inventions and ALL things that are under him.

And I renounce the vain glory of the world with ALL covetous desires of the same, and the sinful desires of the flesh,

so that I will NOT follow them nor be led by them; by the Enabling Grace of the HOLY SPIRIT through JESUS CHRIST our LORD+. Amen!

Those are the words.

In The NAME of JESUS, these words can be said at anytime as a rebuke to any unclean thing that might attempt to assault you. 

NOT BY MIGHT NOR BY POWER, BUT BY MY SPIRIT SAYS THE LORD OF HOSTS/YHWH OF HEAVENLY ARMIES.

May our LORD+ JESUS CHRIST, Who+is at The Right Hand  of HIS+ and our ALMIGHTY FATHER bless and keep all who love HIM+ in sincerity and in Truth.
