I will spend very little time on the same sex marriage agenda so many today are viewing as something God approves of when his Holy Word no where written condones it! The following verse needs no explanation of what God has ordained and is Holy in his eyes, which is the only way his earth can be multiplied as he intended it to be. “But from the beginning of the creation God made them male and female. For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and cleave to his wife; And they twain shall be one flesh: so then they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder“.(Mark 10:6-9).
The very first wife mentioned in scripture is Adam’s wife Eve who was created as his helpmate. “And the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof; And the rib, which the Lord God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man. And Adam said, this is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of man. Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife; and they shall be one flesh. And they were both naked, the man and his wife, and were not ashamed”.(Genesis 2:21-25).
The husband is a very important part of the marriage as he is compared to the head of the family as Christ himself is head of the church! “For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body. Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing. Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it”.(Ephesians 5:23-25). Husbands are the head of the household and have a most important job within the family unit as they are the ones given the ability to create a family for many generations to come after them! “Live joyfully with the wife whom thou lovest all the days of the life of thy vanity, which he hath given thee under the sun, all the days of thy vanity: for that is thy portion in this life, and in thy labour which thou takest under the sun”.(Ecclesiastes 9:9)
We are told a wife is given to a man for many reasons, all of which are most helpful! A wife is a companion and helper to her mate. She is also known as one to bring favour! FAVOUR: Graciousness, Friendly regard shown to another, Grace of God, A Token of Love, One Who Supports…………….. “Whoso findeth a wife findeth a good thing, and obtaineth favour of the Lord”.(Proverbs 18:22). PRUDENT: One Who Has Skill And Good Judgement In The Use Of Resourses, Has The Ability To Consider a Circumstance And Is Aware Of Possible Consequences…………”House and riches are the inheritance of fathers: and a prudent wife is from the Lord”.(Proverbs 19:14).
For many who are in dire strait’s thinking adultery and divorce are the unforgivable sin fret not as neither one of these are, but forgiveness is for those who understand they have been living sinfully and away from God yet through repentance and change of heart God is faithful in promising us freedom from our sin as long as we do not return to it! “Learn to do well; seek judgement, relieve the oppressed, judge the fatherless, plead for the widow. Come now, and let us reason together, saith the Lord: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool. If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land”.(Isaiah 1: 17-19). Repent and return to Christ……………………..

Julia, your message is right on and lines up with the word of God. We are living in a time when the truth has been exchanged for a lie. Therefore, blinded by sin, most are following the path of destruction and calling it good. Jesus said that small is the gate, narrow is the road that leads to life, and FEW find it. I keep praying for those who are trying to promote the sin of abortion and homosexuality as being a rightful choice. That is now how God sees it.
Any one who continues in sin, no matter what the sin, will not enter the kingdom. That means all sin including abortion and the practice of homosexulaity.
