In the world Jesus is portrayed as so meek and lowly,that he would never speak with BOLDNESS.There are two things that stand out in scripture,the time he overturned the money changers at the temple.(Matthew 21:10-13)Also when he compared himself with his Father that he was the Son Of God,and that he and his Father are one-The Jews picked up stones to stone him.(John 10:30,31).
Taking the word of Hope to a world set on living away from God is not the easiest thing to do,but we are called through the Holy Spirit to do just that!
“Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God,God dwelleth in him,and he in God.And we have known and believed the Love that God hath to us.God is Love;and he that dwelleth in Love dwelleth in God,and God in him.Herein is our Love made perfect,that we may have BOLDNESS in the day of Judgement:Because as he is ,so are we in this world”.(1 John 4:15-17).
There is a passage that reminds me so much of how others think of the shy or unlearned,until Jesus steps into their life and they are changed forever!“Now when they saw the BOLDNESS of Peter and John,and perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men,they marvelled;and they took knowledge of them,that they had been with Jesus”.(Acts 4:13).
Even Moses was as we are thinking no one would believe and listen to him,or that the Lord appeared to him.He was slow of speech and said he was not eloquent,then the Lord replied who made man’s mouth? “Now therefore go,and I will be with thy mouth,and teach thee what thou shalt say”(Exodus 4:1-12).God went on to work many mighty acts through Moses!
Paul says exactly what needs to be said by us in todays generation “And I was with you in weakness,and in fear,and in much trembling.And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man’s wisdom,but in the demonstration of the Spirit and of power:That your Faith should not stand in the wisdom of men,but in the power of God”(1 Corinthians 2:3-5).
There is Great power over the believer when the Holy Spirit is given as seen through Paul “And he went into the synagogue,and spake BOLDLY for the space of three months disputing and persuading the things concerning the Kingdom Of God”.
(Acts 19:8).
“But as we were allowed of God to be put in trust with the gospel,even so we speak;not as pleasing men,but God,which trieth our hearts”.(1 Thessalonians 2:4).
“The wicked flee when no man pursueth:but the righteous are BOLD as a lion”!

The day of judgment is coming & we need to speak the Word boldly! This is one reason why the Holy Spirit was given to all true believers.. Speak the Word Boldly, to be witnesses of Christ to all the world, & warn the world of the coming judgment, & how to be saved! Acts 4:31 tells ‘..they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and they spake the word of God with boldness’.

With all this homosexual and transgender filth we NEED to speak bodly.There are guys literally switching up,putting makeup on themselves talking they are proud to be gay.And people say it takes courage to do that.Well it takes more courage to say that is abomination and unnatural,since the world supports those perverts! I was browsing online and a girl who was bashing christians saying how we are hateful and nasty.And i looked at the comments- people were saying she can be saved if she repents! And she says take your negativity somewhere else,you are hateful,you shouldn’t judge,you are close-minded,i’m living better than you ever will? Isn’t this judgement about christians also?
What a BUFFOONS we have,it makes me physically ILL!! (that was my rant,sorry)

I love this post Julia!God gives us strength and we should not be ashamed of His Gospel and His ways which are higher than ours.People often compromise and don’t want the real truth,that’s a snare and we need to avoid those types of things.Boldness is always welcomed! God bless you!
