We are told in Matthew 24:37 that as the days of Noah were,so shall also the coming of the son of man be.
It is astounding the comparison of Noah’s day’s to the generation we are now living in.
Noah’s Day
- 1.)Noah found grace in the eye’s of the Lord—he was just a man and walked with God.(Genesis 6:8-9)
- 2.)One can only imagine the persecution Noah and his family endured when building an ark on dry land as though they through obedience believed God at His word, He was going to bring a flood on the land.(Genesis 7:1-5)
- 3.) God made a covenant with Noah(Genesis 6:18)
- 4.) The wickedness of man is great…the earth was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence. (Genesis 6:5,11,12)
Our Generation
- 1.) Jesus say’s we did not choose Him, but He has chosen and ordained us to bring forth fruit.(John 15:16)
- 2.) Jesus say’s we will be persecuted as He was, and suffer for His sake. (John 15:20-21)
- 3.) God makes a covenant and say’s I will make after those day’s saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts and in their minds I will write them.
- 4.) The homosexual agenda of our day along with the violence of the nations is ushering in God’s (justice) judgements.
“For if God spared not the old world,but saved Noah the eighth person,a preacher of righteousness,bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly;And turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrha into ashes condemned them with an overthrow,making them an example unto those that are after, if they should live ungodly. And delivered just Lot,vexed with the filthy conversation of the wicked:(For that righteous man dwelling among them,in seeing and hearing,vexed his righteous soul from day to day with their unlawful deeds).(2 Peter 2:5-8).
There’s a reason The last days are compared to “The days of Noah”.The choice is ours!
